  • Processing Time: Since each t-shirt is embroidered specifically for you, it takes time to create. Please allow us maximum 4-6 business days for us to craft your order with care and precision.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via through our delivery partner. Shipping times vary depending on the area Pin code and Region. It will take 7-14 days for the order to be delivered to your doorstep which includes the processing time.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation on Whatsapp and Email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. In case of pre-paid orders, your package will be either re-shipped or you will be granted store credits. Store credit comes with a validity of 60 days.
